Crew working on a hardscape project

Hardscape Foreman

As a Hardscape Foreman, you’ll oversee the construction and installation of the built elements that define an outdoor space—patios, retaining walls, stone walkways, outdoor kitchens, fire features, turf, and water elements. You’ll coordinate daily operations, direct your crew, and ensure each project is delivered on time, to spec, and with exceptional craftsmanship.

This role is both hands-on and collaborative. You’ll work closely with project managers, designers, and clients to troubleshoot challenges, refine processes, and keep production moving seamlessly. If you have strong technical knowledge of hardscape materials and equipment, proven leadership skills, and a drive for quality results, this is your opportunity to take ownership of impactful projects from the ground up.

SOFTSCAPE FOREMAN

As a Softscape Foreman, you’ll lead the installation and care of the living elements that bring a landscape to life—trees, shrubs, flowers, turf, and soil preparation. You’ll guide your crew in planting with precision, ensuring every material is placed and maintained to thrive long after the project is complete.

This role blends hands-on horticultural expertise with team leadership. You’ll coordinate with project managers, designers, and clients to keep work on schedule, troubleshoot challenges, and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety. If you’re passionate about plants, detail-oriented, and skilled at motivating a team, this position offers the chance to grow your career while shaping vibrant outdoor environments.
