This internal resource page is your quick access to all marketing promotional requests.
For all customer-facing materials—including handouts, coupons, tip sheets, educational flyers, signage, and similar assets—complete the appropriate form(s) below so the Marketing team can create them. Collaborating in this way helps ensure a polished, consistent brand experience, maintains alignment across departments, and confirms that all information is accurate and cohesive for:
- Events
- General Marketing for any Wasson Department
- Kids’ Free Activities & Workshops
- Paid Workshops
- Retail Displays, Sales and/or Discount Promotions
Before filling out and submitting a form(s), be sure to rename any supporting files for clarity and upload them to the appropriate folders noted below.
- RETAIL STAFF – Upload any supporting images or documents to the folder: RETAIL MARKETING – SHARED.
- LANDSCAPE / DESIGN BUILD STAFF – Upload any supporting images or documents to this folder: LANDSCAPE MARKETING – SHARED
- HR STAFF – Upload any supporting images or documents to this folder: HR MARKETING – SHARED.
Once you submit a form, marketing will add the project to their workflow.
As a general rule, requests should align with approved Quarterly Plans for all departments. All other requests should allow ample advanced notice.
