DO YOU DELIVER AND/OR INSTALL?
Yes! If you buy it from us, we can deliver and install it! Delivery is based on zip code, and the installation price is based on the size of the plant
WHAT ARE MY LANDSCAPING OPTIONS?
We offer a full range of services to enhance your outdoor space, from small-scale installation of individual plants through our garden centers, to softscape projects, and all the way up to elaborate hardscape designs. IF I WANT A DESIGN BUILD COMPLETED NEXT SUMMER, WHEN SHOULD I SCHEDULE A CONSULTATION?
The best time to get started with a designer for a project is in late fall or winter. This is when we have the most “downtime” to design and collaborate with you, and it gives us plenty of time to finalize and schedule your build for the next year!
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A DESIGN FEE, AND HOW MUCH IS IT?
The design fee is based on the scope of your project and the fee itself allows the design team to customize the right design for your space. It is a collaborative experience and when the final plan is presented you will have a 2D drawing, and possibly a 3D, along with a full quote for your project.
CAN YOU DO PATIOS IN WINTER?
Yes, we can! Our hardscape projects can extend into the colder months, but timing largely depends on when we get started working with you. Request a consultation today to begin planning your patio project.
WHAT ARE THE HOURS FOR MEETING WITH A DESIGNER?
Our appointment times are 10:30 am to 2:30 pm Monday – Friday. This allows our designers to meet with the crew before they go out on their prospective jobs for the day. ARE YOUR GARDEN CENTERS OPEN YEAR-ROUND?
Yes! Our Garden Centers are open all year — not just during the spring, summer, fall, or Christmas season. There’s always something to discover for your home and garden, no matter the month. Visit our Garden Centers page to find hours of operation for each of our locations!
WHAT IS YOUR PLANT WARRANTY POLICY?
Our plant warranty covers eligible perennial plants when they are planted in the ground and meet our warranty guidelines. To take advantage of the warranty, you’ll need to provide a receipt or be enrolled in Wasson Rewards. Certain stipulations apply — please contact us or visit in-store for full details. CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT’S WRONG WITH MY PLANT(S)?
Of course! Our experts on staff are always willing and able to help diagnose any issues you observe with your plants. Bring us a photo of your plant or email it to info@wassonnursery.com, and provide us with as many details as possible, so we can get you the information you need for your plants to thrive once again!
DO YOU SELL STRAW BALE OR SOD?
We do sell straw! At this time, we do not currently sell sod.
